Terms and Conditions

These terms explain purchases from the Nina & Valentin online store. Delivery options that depend on the address and chosen date are shown at checkout before you place an order. How we use personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.
1. Seller and contact details

2. Products and orders
Each product page shows its main features, available choices and price. You add products to the basket. Before placing an order, you can check and correct the products, recipient details, delivery choice and total amount. You do not need to create an account to buy.
After you place an order, we use the email address you provided to inform you that we received it and how it is being processed. If we cannot supply a selected product or delivery time, we will contact you to agree on a suitable solution. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery charges and any extras you choose are shown before you place the order; the final amount appears at checkout. Only the payment methods shown at checkout when you order are available. We do not store payment card details in the online store.
4. Delivery and collection
We deliver to eligible addresses in Slovenia. The available options, price and time depend on the postal code, product, date and time of the order. The applicable options appear at checkout; further details are on the Delivery page. Where collection is available, it is shown as a separate option.
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details for the recipient. If the chosen delivery time is unavailable, we will contact you. If we cannot reach the recipient at handover, we will agree with you on what happens next.
5. Changing or cancelling an order
To change or cancel an order, email info@ninainvalentin.si as soon as possible and include the order number. The options depend on whether we have already prepared the order or handed it to the carrier. This does not affect a statutory right of withdrawal where one applies, or your rights if goods do not conform to the contract.
6. Withdrawal and returns
For a distance purchase, a consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before the deadline by emailing info@ninainvalentin.si; include the order number and the products concerned. Return the goods within 14 days after informing us. You bear the direct cost of returning them unless we agree otherwise.
We refund payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back. The law provides exceptions to withdrawal without a reason for goods liable to deteriorate rapidly (such as fresh flowers) and goods made to the consumer’s specifications. An exception applies to the relevant product, not automatically to every product in an order.
Withdrawal without a reason is separate from your rights concerning non-conforming goods. You can still make a claim if goods do not conform to the order, even where an exception to withdrawal applies.
7. Non-conforming goods and complaints
If a product does not match your order or arrives damaged, email info@ninainvalentin.si. To help us handle your claim, include the order number, a description and, if possible, a photograph. We handle claims under applicable consumer law. These terms do not shorten the statutory period for making a claim or exclude statutory remedies.
8. Products containing alcohol
We do not sell alcoholic drinks to minors. Products containing alcohol may be purchased only by adults; age confirmation is required before completing the purchase.

The terms published when you place your order apply to that order. Later updates do not change existing orders. Please contact us using the details above with questions or complaints; we aim to resolve disputes amicably.
