Delivery
Is same-day delivery possible?
Ljubljana and surroundings (up to 15 km): order by 3:00 PM → same day. Cost: €9.90.
Main/larger cities in Slovenia: order by 10:00 AM → delivery after 4:00 PM the same day.
Smaller towns: same-day delivery is not possible, except for classic bouquets with prior notice.
Before ordering, check delivery options: Hitra pošta Slovenije → Delivery times (sending from: 1000 Ljubljana + desired location).
How long does delivery take?
Order by 3:00 PM (working day) → next working day throughout Slovenia, without exception.
Saturday by 11:00 AM → delivery only to main cities.
Sundays and holidays: occasionally only Ljubljana by arrangement (by Friday until 6:00 PM).
Can I specify a delivery time?
Unfortunately, a specific time cannot be selected. Deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. For special requests in Ljubljana, please contact us at least one day in advance: +386 40 55 77 67 · info@ninainvalentin.si
What if the recipient is not at home upon delivery?
We leave a notice for collection/redelivery. In Ljubljana, we call the recipient in advance.
Do you deliver to hospitals/maternity wards?
Yes. Please check in advance whether fresh flowers are accepted in the ward.
How will my gift or bouquet be delivered?
Bouquets: freshly prepared, wrapped in gift paper; in Ljubljana and surroundings, optionally in a paper bag with a glass jar with water and nutrients.
Gifts & arrangements: in custom-made decorative transport boxes, with a personal message, nutrients, and care instructions. Everything arrives elegantly and safely.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Larger cities: same day if you place your order by 10:00 AM.
Smaller towns: please place your order at least 2 days in advance.

How do I check the delivery status?

and include your order number. You will receive a confirmation email after delivery.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. You select the date in the calendar during the purchase.

Yes, we accept payments with major credit cards and via PayPal. Billing in EUR.
Do I have to create an account?
No. Purchase as a guest is available. By registering, you save addresses, track order history, and take advantage of benefits.
How do I know if my order is successful?

How does it work?
For every €1 you receive 5 Rosy Points. 100 points = €1 discount (≈ 5% refund).
Redemption after total purchases over €200. Points can partially or fully cover the purchase (on ninainvalentin.si; not redeemable for cash; non-transferable).
Phone orders & account?
You also receive points for phone orders. We recommend registration for automatic crediting.
