Still choosing a gift and looking for the right words for International Women's Day?
There are plenty of possibilities. Here are a few ideas to make 8 March a little more special.
Women's Day wishes can be similar to those we write for Mother's Day. They express love and respect for women and appreciation for having them in our lives.
Some focus on motherhood, while others celebrate romantic love.
Let's choose them according to our purpose and the girl to whom we want to dedicate the verse. Your verses, which could relate to your life and adventures together, would probably awaken the greatest joy in them.
For those short on time, we have gathered some of our favourite Women's Day wishes below. You may find just the words you need.
March 8, Women's Day
greetings to you mommy.
I give you flowers,
I wish you good health!
Today the little bird will sing to you,
the flower will bloom.
Mom I love you,
so I wish you a nice day!
Without you in the world it would be bad,
with you and with you is really nice!
The best wife and the best mother,
please accept this greeting,
happiness is knowing you,
You are our greatest gift.
Not only today, but every day,
should be your day,
may you be in the company of your family,
women's day is going very well.
Make the day special for you,
young ladies and wives,
I warmly congratulate you,
I present meadow flowers.
Beauty is yours and charm,
blooming colorful beauties,
let the warmth of the hamster be a gift
and your days without thorns.
Without the sun a flower does not bloom,
but we can't live without mothers.
I thank the sun for the flower,
and to you, because you are my whole world.
No flower is as beautiful as a woman,
no breeze blows as gently as a gentle woman,
no rock is as hard as a strong woman,
no storm can withstand as much rain as a woman sheds tears
and no one has as much love as a woman has inside her!
A woman's beauty is not reflected in her face, but in her soul.
Her passion is in loving care. And the beauty of a woman grows with age.
If all the bushes blossomed and all the flowers bloomed,
all the waters rustled, the stars all shone,
to gift her with them, to her, to whom I owe everything
I could not give you enough, my golden mother!
You get a gift for Women's Day,
that your heart will grow,
you will accept a kiss on the cheek,
and a bouquet of bluebells you will be happy,
which I gave you from my own hands
will be your loving child.
First, consider your relationship with the recipient. Are you choosing a gift for your wife, a colleague or your mother?
A small treat from a vending machine might make a pleasant gesture for a colleague, but may not be the right choice for your wife.
Let's take a closer look at what to consider when choosing a gift for someone close to us.
Little details worth considering

Start with her favourite colour. Even this small detail can make a simple gift feel more personal.
You could add her favourite chocolate without spending much more, or choose a drink she particularly enjoys.
Help with something she has mentioned
Showing that you listened when she mentioned something that was bothering her can make her day.
Think about how you could help put it right. Giving your time and effort can mean more than a material gift.
That might mean taking care of a repair around the house, on the car, or to clothing or shoes.
Bouquet of flowers
We really can't go wrong with a bouquet of flowers on all holidays when our ladies are celebrating. Whether it's a birthday, Mother's Day, anniversary, or in this case, a gift for Women's Day.
They are the best idea mixed bouquets - these are the most suitable and most popular for March 8 gifts. As an interesting point, we also mention Forever Roses, which last up to three years.
Give the gift of a massage
In these times, more than not all of us experience a certain amount of stress, so we can offer our wives as a gift a relaxing massage, or we even buy this and make her happy.
Essential oils or scented candles can help create a spa-like atmosphere at home.
How did International Women's Day begin?
Originally intended to highlight equality between women and men and the struggle for equal rights, the occasion now has a very different meaning in developed countries.
Today, it is a day to express respect, love and appreciation for women.
What is International Women's Day, and where did it originate?
The occasion commemorates the movement for women's rights. It was first celebrated in 1909 in the United States, in New York. The date of 8 March has remained to this day.
Two years later, an international conference declared it a worldwide observance. It also began to be celebrated in the Soviet Union after 1917, when women gained the right to vote.

Women's demonstration for bread and peace – 8 March 1917, Petrograd, Russia
In 1965, it became a public holiday in the Soviet Union, dedicated to women's efforts and contributions in defending the country during and after the Second World War.
The communists chose an interesting path the Chinese, who allocated only half of the free day to women.
It was Women's Day until 1975 in most celebrated only in communist and socialist countries. In 1975, it was declared a holiday by the United Nations. It became a symbol of women's rights and world peace.
Each year, the United Nations uses the day to highlight the challenges women face around the world. Here are a few themes from previous years.
Empowering rural women to reduce hunger, ending violence against women, and Planet 50-50 by 2030, a call for equality…
Did women in Slovenia also fight for equality?
It all started with us in the year 1897when it started to come out women's magazine Slovenka. The fight for equality was followed by the founding of the first women's association a year later.
Shortly after that we also got first Slovenian woman with a doctorate. That was her Marija Urbas, who was engaged in the field of philosophy.
The Slovenian People's Party was the first political body to hide the key political difference between men and women. They acquired these in 1920 the right to vote in municipal elections, 1945 on the national level.
The seventies were also important: women gained the right to make decisions about having children and terminating a pregnancy.
What began as a political movement for women's equality has become an occasion to show women respect and appreciation.
It need not take much: think about the recipient and her favourite colour, for example, and you can put together a thoughtful gift on a small budget.
Mixed bouquets are a popular choice that we also recommend. Their combination of colours offers something for many different tastes.
We hope you have found a Women's Day wish that feels right.
Wishing you a wonderful celebration and a sunny 8 March.
