Preserved roses are arranged by hand in a gift box. The shades of the roses and box may differ slightly from the photo.

• Leave the roses in the box and do not water them.
• Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight, heaters and air conditioning.

We deliver bouquets across Slovenia. At checkout, choose from the delivery methods and dates available for the recipient's address.

Standard delivery costs €9.90. Express and Sunday delivery have separate prices shown at checkout.

A Standard bouquet makes a thoughtful gesture or thank-you. Deluxe is the most popular choice for birthdays and anniversaries, while Premium is for life's big moments.

Not completely happy?

Despite our best efforts, mistakes can occasionally happen. If our service has not met your expectations, we take that seriously. Please contact us at info@ninainvalentin.si, through the chat on our website or by calling customer support. Our team will do its best to resolve the issue promptly and effectively.

Any comments or complaints must be submitted within the deadline 8 hours from receiving the bouquet.

What the guarantee does not cover

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers matters within our direct control. It does not cover factors beyond our control, such as courier services or incorrectly entered details. The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• an incorrect or incomplete recipient address,
• refusal of the delivery by the recipient,
• an unsuccessful delivery attempt,
• delays caused by logistical or weather conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

Refunds and replacement deliveries

We assess refunds or replacement deliveries individually after checking with the delivery service, which may take up to 7 working days. If your order was not delivered on the selected date, we will:

• issue a refund,
• send the product again, or
• upgrade your order at no extra cost.

If delivery is more than 3 working days later than the selected date, we refund the delivery charge. Delivery to remote locations may take one additional working day.

Not happy with the quality?

If your bouquet arrives in poor condition, we will be happy to send a replacement. To help us resolve the matter promptly, please send us a photo of the bouquet within 3 days of delivery.

Additional information

If we cannot fulfil your order, we arrange a full refund or delivery on a later date. If the wrong bouquet is delivered by mistake, we send the correct one again straight away. In that case, we may ask you for a photo to confirm which product was delivered.

Individual flowers may be substituted due to seasonal availability. We always use suitable alternatives of the same value and style. Complimentary extras, such as cards, vases or sweets, depend on current stock. All forms of compensation will be provided as credit to your customer account.

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday 8:00–16:00 and on Saturday 10:00–13:00. We respond to messages during these hours.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?
You need an account to collect Rosy points. It also lets you view your points balance, order history and saved addresses. Guest orders do not earn points.

How can I check my Rosy points?
Sign in to your account and open the ‘My Rosy points’ tab to see your points balance and its value in euros.

What happens if I cancel or return an order?
If you return an order, we reserve the right to remove the points awarded for that order.
