Delivery<\/h2>\r\n
Is same-day delivery available?<\/summary>

Yes. For addresses served by local Ljubljana delivery, you can order same-day delivery by 15:00 on weekdays or 12:00 on Saturdays. The standard charge is \u20ac9.90; two-hour express delivery costs \u20ac14.90.<\/p>

For eligible postcodes outside Ljubljana, choose the separate Express Post same-day option. It is available on weekdays before 10:30 for delivery today, costs \u20ac19.90 and applies to all products.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

How long does delivery take?<\/summary>

Checkout shows the earliest available date for the recipient\u2019s postcode. Standard delivery is on the next working day; orders placed on Friday after 10:30 or over the weekend are delivered on Monday.<\/p>

In Ljubljana, delivery is also possible on Saturdays for orders placed by 12:00, and on Sundays if you order by Saturday at 12:00. Sunday delivery costs \u20ac19.90. Delivery is unavailable on public holidays.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

Can I choose a delivery time?<\/summary>\r\n

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time; deliveries take place between 8 am and 7 pm. For special requests in Ljubljana, please contact us at least one day in advance at +386 40 55 77 67<\/a> or info@ninainvalentin.si<\/a>.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

What happens if the recipient is not at home?<\/summary>\r\n

We leave a notification with collection or redelivery details. In Ljubljana, we call the recipient beforehand.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

Do you deliver to hospitals and maternity wards?<\/summary>\r\n

Yes. Please check beforehand whether the ward accepts fresh flowers. The maternity hospital in Ljubljana does not accept fresh flowers.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

How will my gift or bouquet be delivered?<\/summary>

We prepare your item for safe transport. If you choose gift packaging at checkout, local Ljubljana deliveries use a Nina & Valentin gift bag; other delivery methods use a gift box. This option costs \u20ac6.90.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

Do you offer international delivery?<\/summary>

Yes. We arrange delivery of bouquets and funeral arrangements to any address worldwide. Delivery abroad costs \u20ac19.90.<\/p>

How much does delivery cost?<\/summary>

Local Ljubljana and standard delivery in Slovenia cost \u20ac9.90, two-hour express delivery in Ljubljana \u20ac14.90. The separate Express Post same-day option and Sunday delivery in Ljubljana cost \u20ac19.90.<\/p>

We provide a separate quote for shipments abroad. Checkout shows the final price for the selected address and date.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

How can I check my delivery status?<\/summary>\r\n

Write to info@ninainvalentin.si<\/a> and state the order number. You will receive a confirmation email after delivery.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

Your connection to checkout is encrypted using HTTPS. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

Can I include a greeting or sympathy card?<\/summary>\r\n

Yes. We print your message on high-quality paper and include it in an elegant envelope. You can also send an anonymous message by selecting this option when ordering. The greeting card costs \u20ac2.90.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

Rosy points: our loyalty programme<\/h2>\r\n
How does the programme work?<\/summary>\r\n

At the base tier, you earn 5 Rosy points for every \u20ac1 spent. 100 points give you \u20ac1 off, equivalent to approximately 5% back in rewards.<\/p>\r\n

You can redeem your points once you have at least 100 Rosy points available. They can cover part or all of a purchase on our website. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

Do I earn points when ordering by phone?<\/summary>\r\n

No. To have points credited automatically, we recommend creating an account and ordering through our website.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

Gift sets<\/h2>\r\n
How is my gift packaged and what is included?<\/summary>

Gift packaging at checkout costs \u20ac6.90. We use a gift bag for local Ljubljana delivery and a gift box for other delivery methods. The product page lists its contents; you can add a greeting separately.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

How long does delivery of gift sets take?<\/summary>

For gift sets delivered in Slovenia, select the delivery date at checkout. If the separate Express Post same-day option is available for the recipient's postcode and order time, it also applies to gift sets. Contact us for an individual quote for delivery abroad.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

Why are some flowers still in bud?<\/summary>\r\n

To protect the flowers during transport and keep them fresh for longer. Flowers travel in purpose-designed boxes and bags that help prevent damage. Closed buds open fully over the following days.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

The flower shop is opposite Kino \u0160i\u0161ka, in the building next to the Sony ACS shop. The easiest option is to park by Kino \u0160i\u0161ka and use the pedestrian underpass to cross Celov\u0161ka cesta; the flower shop is immediately on the left. For navigation, you can also enter Ulica Zofke Kvedrove 4, Ljubljana.<\/p><\/details>\r\n

How can I make a complaint?<\/summary>\r\n

We always aim to meet your expectations. If you are unhappy with the service, please email or call us within 24 hours so that we can consider your complaint.<\/p>\r\n
