In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) the customer has the right to return purchased goods in 44 days after the purchase without giving a reason. The customer should send a written notice within 14 days after the purchase by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the goods within further 30 days.
Goods must be returned in appropriate packaging, undamaged and in the same quantity, the product must not have any visible signs of use. You must enclose the original invoice and details of your transaction account. The address for returning goods is Memento vivere, d.o.o., Mucherjeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana. We recommend you use a delivery service, which allows tracking of parcels, and that the goods are properly prepared for transport (for this you can use the original packaging or an equivalent safe container). Any cost of returning is covered by the customer.
The provider will cover the postage costs only if a wrong product had been delivered. Buy back parcels will not be accepted.
The customer can claim a refund, which has to be issued in 30 days after getting a written notice. The product can also be replaced by another item from our online store.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT
If you notice any signs of damage when the parcel is being delivered, please do not accept the parcel from the courier or postal employee and ask for a Record of Complaint Form for the damaged parcel. That way we can send you a new parcel immediately and write a complaint.
Complaints relating to the delivery of the flower arrangement will be considered if you report them to us within 1 hour after the delivery.
Complaints will be taken into account if we did not honor the order agreement (did not deliver the flower arrangement ordered, flower arrangement was delivered to the wrong person or the wrong address). The provider is obliged to eliminate those errors as soon as possible.
Because of a potential misuse, order cancellation is not possible!
Due to seasonal characteristics and freshness of flowers, the provider can not guarantee that the appearance of the flower arrangement will be equal to the one on the photograph. The provider will always try to make sure the flower arrangements are equal to published photographs and in the client interest. We reserve the right to replace one or more components of a flower arrangement, but always so that the flower arrangement is similar to the description (style and quality).
Flowers in some pictures are in full bloom. We reserve the right to use flowers which are not yet in full bloom (buds) for our flower arrangements, which prolongs the freshness and sustainability of the fower arrangement.
The customer should be aware that our arrangements are fresh and although we can guarantee we are using the best quality flowers, the freshness of the flower arrangement also depends on the recipient’s care.
Some types of flowers and leaves can be toxic and cause allergic skin reactions. Flowers should be kept out of the reach of children and people with sensitive skin. You should wash your hands after handling the flowers and leaves. Dust from the anthers of certain flowers (lilies and Anemone) can leave permanent stains on the fabric.
Never leave flowers near electrical equipment and always use a protective material between a vase of flowers and the surface on which it stands.
