General terms and conditions for this online store have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and international codes for e-commerce.

Purchase agreement between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment when the customer confirms the order. From that moment, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to the provider and the customer.
Information about your order is stored on ‘www.bucketoflove.eu’. It’s available for all users in their own account (access via the Internet) or in the Memento vivere, d.o.o. database. The buyer may obtain a purchase agreement (order) in Slovenian language.
The buyer is responsible for the information given in the order process. When ordering, specify the required customer information (address, telephone number) of the person to whom the goods are delivered, delivery time and a personal message (greeting). Provider shall not be liable for any errors in delivery due to an incorrect address. If the customer needs an original invoice via mail, please let us know by e-mail to email@example.com.

ABSOLUTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Provider shall use its best efforts to ensure currency and accuracy of the information published on its pages. Nevertheless, the product properties (color, additional products for flower arrangements), delivery or price change so rapidly, that the provider cannot correct the information on the website. In such case, the buyer will be informed about the changes and will be able to cancel or change the order.
Although the provider tries to provide accurate pictures of products, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider respects the existing consumer protection laws. The provider shall make every effort to comply with their duty to establish an effective system for dealing with complaints and designate a person, which, in the event of a problem, will help the customer either by phone or e-mail. The provider will confirm receiving the complaint within five working days and notify the customer about how long it will be dealt with and keep them informed throughout the process.
The provider acknowledges that an essential feature of consumer dispute, as far as solving the case, is the mismatch between the economic value of the claim and costs incurred in resolving the dispute. This is also a major reason why the consumer does not initiate proceedings before the court. Therefore, the provider seeks their best to resolve any disputes amicably.
It is prohibited to sell alcoholic beverages to minors. The buyer must be over 18 years old. Otherwise, the provider shall immediately withdraw from the contract.
