Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all aspects under our direct control and does not cover circumstances beyond our influence (e.g. courier services or incorrectly provided delivery details).
The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

incorrect or incomplete recipient address,

delivery refusal by the recipient,

unsuccessful delivery attempts,

delays caused by logistical or weather-related conditions.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address are no longer possible.
🔁 Refunds, Replacements & Redelivery
Refunds or replacement deliveries are handled individually after verification with the delivery service, which may take up to 7 business days.
If an order is not delivered on the selected date, we will:

resend the product, or

upgrade the order at no additional cost.
In case of a delay exceeding 3 business days from the selected delivery date, the delivery fee will be refunded.
For remote locations, delivery time may be extended by one additional business day.

For faster resolution, please send us a photo of the bouquet within 3 days of delivery to help clarify the situation.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will arrange a full refund or reschedule the delivery for a later date.
If an incorrect bouquet is delivered by mistake, we will immediately send the correct one. In such cases, we may request a photo to verify the delivered item.
Individual flower substitutions may occur due to seasonal availability; however, suitable replacements of equal value and style will always be used.
Complimentary items (e.g. cards, vases, chocolates) are subject to availability.
Any issues with an order must be reported within 8 hours of delivery.
All forms of compensation will be issued as store credit to your customer account.
